- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer support processes.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Customer Service department.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field within Leisure, Travel & Tourism.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
- A customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of contracting and affiliate partnerships is a plus.
