- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate and/or development sector.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate/construction sector and ability to follow market developments.
- High persuasion skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Office programs and CRM systems.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- B-class driver’s license with active driving ability.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish (Russian is a plus).
- Develop and implement sales plans with monthly and yearly targets.
- Ensure the achievement of determined sales targets.
- Monitor and periodically report contract processes.
- Provide information to customers visiting the sales office and collect feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure regular entry and updating of customer records.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed decisions on pricing, marketing strategies, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and online strategies to attract potential buyers and increase property visibility.
- Report regularly to the CEO.
