- Develop and implement targeted sales plans & negotiate pricing and proposals
- Identify and develop potential customers and partners
- Deliver product demos and presentations
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Track and close sales opportunities
- Follow market trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Monitor and report sales performance
- Able to support sales processes in the field when necessary
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in the tourism and/or hospitality industry
- Extensive network with hotel owners, general managers, and/or regional tour operators, particularly in Antalya and surrounding areas
- Demonstrated B2B sales success, strong negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with or for tour operators and agencies (contracting, sales, or regional management roles)
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Ability to represent the company at local and international fairs, events, and client meetings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and promote digital platforms and online tools
- Team player with excellent organizational and reporting skills
- Holds a valid driving license and has no restrictions on domestic travel
