AçıklamaWe are looking for a "Sales Consultant" for the Turkey office of our global client, where investment meets imagination, and architecture shapes the futureResponsibilities:● Conduct negotiations and property presentations for brokers and clients.● Visit real estate agencies and organize breakfasts at the office to present the project.● Advise clients on buying and selling real estate.● Prepare and execute sales contracts.● Organize property showings.● Analyze the real estate market and monitor the competitive environment.● Maintain and update the client database.● Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners (B2B).Requirements:● Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales.● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.● Knowledge of the real estate market and legal aspects.● Ability to work with documents and conduct business correspondence.● High level of responsibility and self-organization.● Proficient PC user (MS Office, CRM systems).● Experience in the investment or construction industries.● Knowledge of foreign languages (English or Russian, Turkish).● B-class driver’s license with active driving ability.
