Analyze employee productivity by task, identify performance gaps, and benchmark against industry standards
Manage the Master Plan across tasks, processes, units, and simulate future production volumes and extra capacity needs
Oversee video-based work measurement and methodology; identify best practices, manage improvement projects, and maintain a video library of activities
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to explore and implement innovative solutions
Drive process improvements and CAPEX initiatives focused on profitability, while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and cost objectives
Support factories in managing productivity, headcount, volume planning, vacation schedules, and absenteeism in line with master plans
Manage Chrono Analysis Matrix, process flows/scripts, new SKU integration, employee allocation, and UEP/Kg variance analysis
Validate nominal production capacities data entered into Otimix

What kind of a profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial processes, preferably in the food industry
Understanding of lean manufacturing, routine management tools (SDCA) and improvement projects (PDCA)
Previous experience with production planning, chrono analysis, efficiency and headcount optimization, cost control, and operational excellence
Knowledge of 'Assembly Line Balancing' with a flow-oriented production strategy to improve productivity
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
Based in Bandırma or willing to relocate
