Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Veterinary, Production Engineering or related areas.

Min. 1 year of experience in food industry.

Good command of the English language is desirable and a differential.

Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel)

Living in Bandırma.

What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

Ensure compliance with quality standards and facilitate quality discussions.

Participate in decision-making for corrective actions and oversee reporting of process issues.

Plan, monitor, and evaluate results; coach and discipline team members.

Manage KPIs, analyze unmet targets, and optimize line performance and resource usage.

Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and documented.

Ensure that employees are trained to do their work and their trainings are documented.
