As part of the BRF Procurement team, you will lead, develop, negotiate, and implement service and indirect material procurement for maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), spare parts, and equipment, in close collaboration with key stakeholders across our three regions: Bandırma, İzmir, and Elazığ
You will be responsible for defining the short, medium, and long-term strategy for Services & Indirect Materials (S&IM) in the region
You will take the lead in system design projects aimed at improving procurement processes and enhancing business outcomes within these sub-categories
You will act as both a team member and, when necessary, a project leader in the development and implementation of efficiency initiatives for Services & Indirect Materials, working closely with the technical department
You will contribute to data management solutions and support the monitoring of procurement targets by developing necessary databases and preparing procurement performance reports to present to the procurement team and other related departments
You will ensure the supply of goods to three different factories
You will manage a portfolio of over 100 local and international suppliers across 8-10 countries
You will maintain strong working relationships with procurement teams to support business results and performance tracking, and collaborate with other departments such as Controlling, Legal, Finance, and Business Development

What kind of profile are we looking for?

A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement
Residing in Bandırma or Istanbul, or willingness to relocate

What competencies are key to this role?

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP - MM module)
A solid background in technical procurement
Familiarity with budgeting, cost structures, and financial mathematics
Strong communication skills
Excellent negotiation capabilities
Strong analytical skills paired with a creative problem-solving mindset
A collaborative team player
