- Provide a courteous and professional welcome to clients, guests, and business associates, in person and by phone, representing the firm with poise and discretion
- Manage the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy, organized, and equipped with functional technical tools
- Provide administrative support to legal and business teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and calendar management
- Assist in the planning of internal meetings and occasional events
- Liaise with external service providers and international teams (e.g., IT support based overseas) to resolve operational needs
- Handle office purchasing needs, such as ordering supplies for the kitchen or general office use
- Conduct light research or follow-up on ad-hoc office requests
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment that reflects the firm's standards
- Relevant experience in a front desk, administrative, or office coordination role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
- Well-presented, organized, and composed under pressure
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Experience in a law firm or international professional services environment is a plus
- University diploma required; additional education or certifications in office administration is an advantage.
