Greet all hotel guests with a warm smile, ensuring a professional and standard-compliant welcome

Handle check-in and check-out processes quickly, efficiently, and with a focus on guest satisfactionProvide accurate, helpful, and friendly information to guestsRespond to and direct all inquiries coming to the reception deskFollow company policies, procedures, and service standards at all timesEnsure guest payments are processed securely and accurately, including cash and credit card transactionsPerform cash handling and reconciliation at the beginning and end of each shift, and prepare related reportsComply with all hotel safety and operational standardsCarry out tasks assigned by department managers and provide regular reports Required Skills and ExpertiseQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a four-star hotelStrong communication skills and a team playerFlexible with working hours and shiftsExcellent command of spoken and written EnglishSolution-oriented with strong analytical thinking skillsWell-groomed and attentive to personal appearanceGuest-oriented with a positive and professional approachFor male candidates: must have completed military servicePreferably familiar with Sistem Otel ProggrammeResiding in or able to commute easily to Sultanahmet
