- Monitor daily production processes and conduct analyses to improve efficiency
- Ensure effective operation of machinery and equipment on the production line; report malfunctions to relevant departments
- Develop and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects
- Ensure production is carried out in accordance with occupational safety and quality standards
- Organize workforce and resources according to the production planTrack and report production data using systems such as SAP or ERP
- Prepare production infrastructure for new product launch processes
- Interpret technical drawings and documents to contribute to production processes
- Take an active role in internal and external audits related to production
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and maintenance teams, demonstrating strong teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering fields
- Minimum 3 year of experience in production processes (preferably in automotive, white goods, or metal industries)
- Proficient in lean manufacturing techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably SAP/ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Sufficient foreign language skills to understand technical documents in English
- Open to continuous improvement with an innovative perspective
