At Sensient Technologies, we are experts in color and flavor. We are currently seeking a Production Assistant to join our Production Department, who possesses the qualifications listed below, to work in our company that develops and produces natural extracts and food colorants.What you'll do:

Design and implement production processes that meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards
Continuously monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with the instructions
Provide technical support to production personnel to troubleshoot process issues
Develop and implement process improvements to increase yields, reduce waste, and improve product quality
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, food Engineering or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command in English
Preferably 2 years of experience in food or chemical manufacturing
Knowledge of process design, optimization, and control
Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
