- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations aligned with customer goals
- Lead discovery conversations and deep technical sessions to assess customer requirements
- Design and communicate tailored solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders
- Build proof-of-concept environments and manage technical responses for RFPs and RFIs
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to shape winning sales strategies
- Stay informed on emerging trends in cybersecurity, DevOps, and ITOM
- Represent OpenText at industry events, customer briefings, and webinars
- 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, or professional services
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales and buyer journeys
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Technical experience across:
- Cybersecurity: SIEM, IAM, data protection, threat mitigation
- DevOps: CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), automation (Jenkins, Ansible)
- ITOM: Cloud/infrastructure monitoring, asset/service management, observability tools
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and solution-mapping skills for executive audiences
- Ability to differentiate solutions in a competitive landscape and handle objections strategically
