- Supervise, guide, and schedule team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members are informed and trained accordingly
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support individual development
- Assist with guest inquiries, handle complaints efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety standards, including food safety and alcohol regulations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service delivery, and cleanliness in the restaurant
- Monitor guest feedback, service trends, and satisfaction scores to identify and implement improvements
- Assist in inventory checks and stock control processes
- Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations and a consistent guest experience
- Lead by example, maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
- Previous food & beverage or restaurant supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to respond to various work situations and guest needs
- Hospitality-related qualifications or certifications
- Experience with restaurant point-of-sale systems and inventory software
- Previous experience in all-day dining or high-volume restaurant operations
