- Prepare and analyze periodic and ad-hoc HR reports, including Headcount, Turnover, HR Costs, and global HR metrics.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
- Support the digitalization of HR processes by contributing to system design and optimization.
- Manage and improve HR Information Systems (HRIS) in line with business needs.
- Contribute to the design and execution of HR analytics and digitalization projects.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze responses, and report insights to enhance employee experience.
- Deliver timely and accurate operational and strategic HR data support.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting and system development needs.
- Follow HR technology trends and recommend relevant tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Python; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical thinking to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and solve problems proactively.
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Motivation to contribute to building a data-driven HR organization.
