Strong Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Engineering or other related field from a reputable university
Analytical & Technical Skills: Preferably proficiency in common cybersecurity frameworks and experience or knowledge in any of the cybersecurity domains/solutions including network security, endpoint security, application security, security testing, OT/IoT Security and Identity and Access management.
Certifications: Completed trainings or certifications
Knowledge or experience in programming, tool development and emerging technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Turkish language (both written and verbal)
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to approach complex challenges with structured thinking and innovative solutions, while demonstrating critical thinking
Understanding of Digital Transformation: Awareness or interest in digital transformation trends and their impact on industries
Team Collaboration & Adaptability: Strong ability to work in a team environment and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced project settings.
Project Management Interest: Good understanding or willingness to learn about project management methodologies
