Job Description:Technology Recruitment: We are looking for a Vehicle Cyber Security Leader for our prestigious customer in the automative sector. Job Responsibilities: • Lead the establishment of a vehicle cyber security management system (CSMS) based on the ISO 21434 standard and the UNECE R155 regulation. • Provide technical guidance to product development (system, hardware, software) team members for vehicle cybersecurity activities (concept and requirements definition, analysis, implementation, verification, validation) during different phases of product development. • Work closely with external partners to receive technical consultancy and for 3rd party security services. • Work closely with suppliers of security-relevant electronic control units (ECUs) to support technical security concept and requirements definition activities. • Liaise with internal departments such as vehicle homologation, enterprise cyber security, risk management and manufacturing as needed. • Support organization-wide reviews, audits, and cybersecurity assessments. • Report out to senior management and various other stakeholders about project status. • Prepare high quality process documentation. Requirements: • BS/MS/PhD or equivalent engineering degree in computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, or related technical field is preferred. • Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish. • 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas, preferably in the Internet-of-Things (IoT)/embedded systems domain: Security threat analysis and risk assessment, cybersecurity technical concept and requirements definition, secure software development, security testing. • Working knowledge in one or more modern programming languages such as C (preferred), C++, Python, Java, C# is a plus. • Familiarity with automotive/industrial software development processes. • Familiarity with automotive network communication protocols (e.g., CAN/CAN-FD, SAE J1939) is a plus. • Familiarity with automotive diagnostic protocols (e.g., ISO 14229) is a plus. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • Awareness of cybersecurity trends and software/hardware hacking techniques. • Ability to work individually or as part of an engineering team in a fast-paced environment.
