- Increase sales representatives efficiency by Coaching, motivating and improving sales capabilities in the field.
- To execute strategic plans for the responsible territory and achieve the desired outcomes of increasing drop size through new listings and expanding coverage by gaining new customers.
- Manage terms and conditions at distributor / operator / vendor /customer level to ensure 100% compliance as per agreement
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in marketing or sales, preferably in FMCG or food companies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people
- Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. Business Development, Customer, Field Sales Management.
