Wyser Search & Selection is a brand of GI Group Holding, an Italy-based human resources group, specializing in mid and senior-level recruitment.Job Description:We are looking for a Franchise Manager to lead the development and expansion of a growing retail brand in Turkey that combines grocery and ready-to-eat meal concepts.Location: Gebze Head OfficeWorking Model: Full-time, 5 days a weekRole Overview:This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to establish, implement, and grow a franchise system from scratch. The role involves strategic planning, business development, and operational management to ensure successful rollout and expansion of the franchise network.Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement the franchise system strategically,

Lead business development initiatives,

Identify and secure new investors, managing investor relations,

Oversee legal processes, franchise agreements, and related documentation,

Support expansion from Istanbul to Mediterranean, Aegean, and Ankara regions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities,

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience,

Proficient in English,

Strong background in franchise management, business development, and investor relations.
