- Support the General manager and management team regarding the transformation of strategic decisions into operative business by following the group policies and procedures in accordance with the legislation.
- Create and implement the financial strategy for the location as well as define annual budgets and business plans, with close collaboration and alignment with HQ (Germany).
- Ensure the quality and transparency of the company's financial results.
- Ensure the reliability and timely provision of financial data, financial statements or other financial information; oversee the capital expenditure investment activities and asset management, etc.
- Responsible for quarterly and annual financial statements (P&L / balance sheet) according to IFRS and local GAAP.
- Development and implementation of high-performance planning and controlling systems, ensuring the monthly, annual SAP accounting systems (FI / CO modules), complete responsibility for the FP1 configuration of the SAP accounting modules (FI / CO) at the location, ensuring the FP1 system availability for the locations.
- Ensure the quality of internal processes to avoid any risks related to possible legal impact.
- Legal external representation of the location, as well as to oversee the tax, internal audit, statutory reporting, etc.
- Lead and empowering Finance, Controlling team as well as IT team.
- Successfully completed studies in finance, controlling or a related field (economics); an additional commercial qualification (e.g. MBA) would be a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive finance leadership role in leading mid. or big sized, product-driven international organization. Automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Turkish, strong analytical skills and action-oriented individual with integrity and trust who will not compromise values.
- Proven track record in managing overall finance functions, with deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax and statutory reporting. Experience overseeing the IT function is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, foster clarity and create a collaborative and accountable working environment.
