Req ID 81580 | Gebze III, Türkiye, ZF Sachs Süspansiyon Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.Job DescriptionAbout the TeamWe are expanding our Finance, Accounting, and Controlling team in Gebze and are looking for a Senior Finance, Accounting & Business Controlling Manager to join our Chassis Solutions Division, where you will lead the development of financial strategies and ensure operational and financial efficiency.What you can look forward to as Senior Finance, Accounting & Business Controlling Manager:

Support the General manager and management team regarding the transformation of strategic decisions into operative business by following the group policies and procedures in accordance with the legislation.
Create and implement the financial strategy for the location as well as define annual budgets and business plans, with close collaboration and alignment with HQ (Germany).
Ensure the quality and transparency of the company's financial results.
Ensure the reliability and timely provision of financial data, financial statements or other financial information; oversee the capital expenditure investment activities and asset management, etc.
Responsible for quarterly and annual financial statements (P&L / balance sheet) according to IFRS and local GAAP.
Development and implementation of high-performance planning and controlling systems, ensuring the monthly, annual SAP accounting systems (FI / CO modules), complete responsibility for the FP1 configuration of the SAP accounting modules (FI / CO) at the location, ensuring the FP1 system availability for the locations.
Ensure the quality of internal processes to avoid any risks related to possible legal impact.
Legal external representation of the location, as well as to oversee the tax, internal audit, statutory reporting, etc.
Lead and empowering Finance, Controlling team as well as IT team.

Your profile as Senior Finance, Accounting & Business Controlling Manager:

Successfully completed studies in finance, controlling or a related field (economics); an additional commercial qualification (e.g. MBA) would be a plus.
5+ years of progressive finance leadership role in leading mid. or big sized, product-driven international organization. Automotive industry experience is preferred.
Fluent in both English and Turkish, strong analytical skills and action-oriented individual with integrity and trust who will not compromise values.
Proven track record in managing overall finance functions, with deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax and statutory reporting. Experience overseeing the IT function is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, foster clarity and create a collaborative and accountable working environment.
