- Welcome guests arriving from the sea, providing assistance during embarkation and disembarkation to and from boats. Ensuring the cleanliness of the area on a daily and thorough basis, your role places a strong emphasis on health and safety concerns
- Coordinate the arrival and departure of boats at the dock
- Facilitate smooth embarkation and disembarkation processes for guests boarding and leaving boats
- Prioritize health and safety concerns, ensuring adherence to regulations
- Warmly welcome and assist guests arriving from the sea
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the dock area on a daily basis
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall guest experience
- Demonstrate a friendly and helpful demeanor towards guests
- Actively listen and respond to guests' needs and inquiries
- Conduct regular checks on the condition of equipment and facilities
- Focus on creating a positive and enjoyable experience for guests
- Assist the team with any tasks assigned by the management.
- Previous experience in a customer service or marine-related role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of boating and docking procedures.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Boating license or relevant certifications a plus.
