As the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, the HR Business Partner will deliver comprehensive HR support and ensure the effective implementation of global HR strategies at the İstanbul office.

Managing all core HR functions: compensation & benefits, performance management, recognition & reward, employee engagement, internal communication, onboarding, and development programs.Providing local perspective and insights for global HR projects.Ensuring HR practices and policies align with global guidelines, values, and applicable labor laws.Coordinating HR initiatives with global headquarters.Working closely with the outsourced payroll provider.Promoting career development, coaching, and succession planning for key talent.Leading HR-specific projects, including organizational change management, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.Monitoring and reporting HR KPIs and managing the HR budget process.Creating and implementing internal and external communication roadmaps, including discussions with external stakeholders that might be needed from a HR perspective.One of the Largest Companies in its Field of OperationWell Established OrganizationA bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.At least 4 years of comprehensive HR experience.Strong knowledge of multiple HR functions.Good understanding of local labor laws and employment practices.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a good reporting preperation skills for presenting high level stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and tools such as Power BI.Perfect fluency in English is a major must. If it is not at an advanced level, it won't be possible to advance your application.
