We are looking for a "Learning and Organizational Development Specialist" for our business partner, for whom we provide consultancy.General Qualifications:

Graduate from universities in Human Resources, Psychology, or related

fields, * Experienced in designing and delivering training programs,

Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies,
Involved in organizational development and transformation projects,
At least 4 years of experience in Talent Management,
Organizational Development, training, organizational HR generalist,
Proficient in English and able to use it actively,

Responsibilities:

Support digital transformation projects within Organizational Development,
Plan learning and development programs in alignment with organizational

goals, * Support digital transformation projects within Organizational Development,

Lead digital transformation projects in the Performance Management

System (OKR) process, * Analyze Employee Engagement Survey results and prepare necessary action plans,

Manage promotion and rotation processes,
Analyze training needs and design and implementation training programs

accordingly, * Develop projects to create development opportunities aligned withcorporate values and enhance the employee experience.
