Oversee the holding's wealth management function

Fluent in English, with experience working in international environments
High communication and persuasion skills, able to defend and present investment ideas to experienced professionals
Comfortable analyzing both historical and forward-looking performance metrics
Not sales-oriented; values risk-conscious, data-driven decision-making
Team management experience is not mandatory but would be a plus

This is a prestigious holding company with an established finance and treasury team. They have been building a wealth management function for over a decade, now led by a CFO for the past 2 years. Investments are made exclusively outside Turkey-with a focus on Europe, the UK, and the US-through selected funds and partnerships. Their internal ecosystem includes senior academics (including a professor with 40 years of experience and a former advisor to the European Central Bank), as well as international consultants.
