- Coordinating and implementing C&B programs, policies and procedures in order to drive for employee engagement and continuous growth,
- Developing and managing competitive compensation packages, benefits , LTI and bonus programs that align with companies business goals and culture,
- Conducting regular market research through external consultants and vendors to ensure compensation packages remain competitive,
- Conducting grading and job evaluation for the new and existing positions,
- Providing salary proposal for new hires, promotions and transfers in line with company strategy,
- Preparing and analyzing market benchmarks and data,
- Following HR OPEX and budget,
- Taking active role in various Compensation & Benefits projects including system iterations.
- 5-8 years of previous experience (min 2-3 years in Compensation and Benefits),
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Maths, Statistics and/or related fields,
- Solid understanding of compensation concepts, including job analysis, annual salary cycles and off-cycle salary adjustments,
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders,
- Fluent in English, comfortable in both written and oral communication,
- Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment,
- Analytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
- Excellent knowledge of excel
