- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
- Minimum 4 year of experience in a related role,
- Having strong organization and time management skills to deliver multiple projects within tight deadlines,
- Experienced in time management,
- Having experience in working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing and challenging startup environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Managing and implementing appropriate compensation and benefit policies and strategies,
- Improving and enhancing the current remuneration system and procedures,
- Determining employee KPIs and bonus payment processes,
- Managing offers and benefits of the newcomers
- Ensuring a good communication with other Finance and Accounting departments in order to implement compensation and benefit policies and strategies,
- Following and controlling payroll processes
- Preparing reports about the actualization of wages and salaries budget with the financial department.
