For our client based in Istanbul and offers Growth Management Platform services supported by artificial intelligence applications to its customers operating in digital marketing channelsPOSITION : COMPENSATION and PERFORMANCE MANAGERGeneral Properties:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering
Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
Minimum 4 year of experience in a related role,
Having strong organization and time management skills to deliver multiple projects within tight deadlines,
Experienced in time management,
Having experience in working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing and challenging startup environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications.

The Role:

Managing and implementing appropriate compensation and benefit policies and strategies,
Improving and enhancing the current remuneration system and procedures,
Determining employee KPIs and bonus payment processes,
Managing offers and benefits of the newcomers
Ensuring a good communication with other Finance and Accounting departments in order to implement compensation and benefit policies and strategies,
Following and controlling payroll processes
Preparing reports about the actualization of wages and salaries budget with the financial department.
