The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.We are all working towards the same purpose: to create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee all import/export processes for B2C and B2B shipments.
Act as the primary contact for customs-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to streamline customs processes and enhance productivity.
Provide guidance on customs laws and regulations to internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with customs operators and establish new connections as needed.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficient customs management.
Resolve any customs-related issues that arise during transportation.

QUALITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Extensive experience (10+ years) in customs management with in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with 3PLs and internal teams.
Strong relationships with customs operators and the capability to establish new ones.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in both the local language and English, with strong communication skills to clearly convey complex information.
