In this remote role, you'll guide regional partners, promote Hexagon's cutting-edge software solutions, and drive sustainable growth through collaboration, strategic planning, and market development.Job Responsibilities
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with partners across Turkey and Central Asia
  • Recruit and onboard new partners while empowering and expanding existing ones
  • Promote Hexagon's production software and metrology solutions to support the partner sales process
  • Monitor partner performance, sales pipeline, and KPIs
  • Develop and execute local partner growth strategies
  • Cooperate with local Commercial Operations to ensure partners meet delivery expectations and are aligned with Hexagon standards
  • Provide market insights and strategic feedback to improve partner initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams to support regional objectives
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or partner account management
  • Background in production software (CAD/CAM) or metrology
  • Proven ability to manage technical sales processes and partner development
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, self-starter, and results-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English and Turkish (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
  • Completion of military service or exemption is required
