- Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs from universities,
- Experienced in business development, sales, marketing, and growth areas,
- Possesses a good level of English proficiency,
- Successful in conducting effective analysis and creating presentations to support decision-making processes,
- Proficient in using MS Office programs at an advanced level,
- Strong communication skills
- Define rule-based scenarios based on analytical-focused use cases,
- Identify business development needs aimed at growth and sales volume,
- Develop targeted customer strategies for both B2B2C and B2C segments to establish strong and sustainable customer and business relationships,
- Design customized communication in the XSell Journey to contribute to a highly equipped customer,
- Utilize agency and customer feedback to improve processes,
- Strategize and plan launches to contribute to sales intelligence automation,
- Contribute to the design of customer journeys with lead/campaign management tools in CRM,
- Work in harmony with cross-functional teams through effective interface management.
