Job Description:Job Description: In this position you'll take key roles involvement to daily energy of business and commercial matters. • Advising day to day operations of corporate clients • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements • Providing legal opinions as compliance officer • Handing general corporate matters Desired Skills and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in law, LL.M. degree is preferred. • 5 years of proven experience in advisory, contract management and corporate matters. • Understanding/ability to draft contracts and negotiate in both languages. (Turkish - English) • Good social and inter-personal skills including the ability to handle Firm's clients, teamworking with different responsibilities. • High organizational, follow-up and time-management skills. • Carrying an analytic and result-oriented approach. • Able to work with flexible hours. • Excellent command of English.
