- Develop and implement sales strategies;
- Manage the customer portfolio and identify opportunities for new customer acquisition;
- Set sales targets and take necessary actions to achieve these goals;
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and gain competitive advantages;
- Monitor team members' performance and provide training and support as needed;
- Regularly present sales reports to upper management and make strategic recommendations;
- Evaluate customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of service quality;
- Stay updated on industry developments to support the marketing of products and services.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; preferably in Business Administration or Engineering;
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong knowledge and experience in sales management, marketing, and customer relationship management;
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Analytical thinking ability and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient communication and negotiation skills;
- Goal-oriented work ethic and results-driven approach;
- Proficiency in English is must.
