Translating business strategy into performance, talent, and experience frameworks,
Reimagining HR processes to unlock speed, scale, and value,
Managing a prioritized process improvement backlog with ruthless focus,
Partnering with HRIS to define technical needs and support testing,
Leading change management - from stakeholder buy-in to training rollout,
Driving large-scale HR initiatives as a hands-on program manager,
You thrive in complexity, move fast with clarity, and know that bold design is the future of HR.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in performance management, talent management, career management, employee experience design, and organizational development,
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders,
Results-oriented, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities,
Analytical mindset and a systematic approach to process improvement,
Strong presentation and documentation abilities,
Team-oriented, with the ability to lead and govern when required.
