Supervise daily inbound, outbound, inventory, and order picking operations
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse team members
Ensure compliance with FIFO, 5S, and occupational safety standards
Maintain inventory accuracy and organize regular cycle counts
Operate and monitor warehouse processes using SAP
Collaborate with Sales order management, production, quality, and planning teams to ensure seamless operations
Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency projects
Managing SAP S/4HANA rollouts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields
Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Fluent in English
Experience with SAP (WM or EWM module is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
