Preferably bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Minimum Upper Intermediate in English both verbal and writing is a must
Having knowledge on VB, Excel macro is strong asset.
Strong organization and planning skills,
High customer focus and teamwork spirit
Clear understanding of KPI and basic knowledge of KPI preparation
Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Having strong customer relationship management skills

Job Description:

Supervise daily operational planning across all transport modes (LTL, FTL, FCL, LCL, Minivan, Airfreight)
Managing XDC operations which are collaborating with DHL LLP
Ensure timely collection, consolidation, and dispatch of materials from XDCs
Manage shipment visibility and reporting, ensuring ETAs and exceptions are tracked and resolved
Support savings initiatives by optimizing collection frequencies and increasing truck sizing performance
Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and reporting for all outbound vehicles
Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, XDCs, and Ford representatives
Ensuring supplier readiness for summer shutdown, Xmas and Easter periods
Create a supply chain network design and route optimization initiatives to minimize logistics costs
Ensure targets properly set for objectives & KPIs – support the maintenance
Reporting performance metrics' result monthly basis according to the KPI's
Take actions to the issues (container constraint, force majoure etc.) which is affected to automotive logistics
