- Act as the reference point for technical product information and marketing-related documentation for distributor partners.
- Initiate and follow up on product registration processes in the respective countries.
- Monitor competitor product portfolios and analyze the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to gather and review distributor feedback and escalate relevant product-related matters to appropriate internal stakeholders (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Engineering).
- Coordinate support activities such as product documentation updates, technical summaries, FAQs, and clinical reference materials using centrally provided resources.
- Take an active role in the product complaint process by conducting root cause analysis, tracking the complaint list, and communicating findings to distributors and Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Maintain regular communication and participate in meetings with the global team to share updates, needs, and support requests, while gathering key information to relay to both internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver product-related training and onboarding to distributor sales teams, in collaboration with the Education & Training Manager.
- Assist in the development and review of product training materials, ensuring consistency and technical clarity.
- Support opinion leader (KOL) engagement by providing relevant product documentation and assisting in technically focused interactions as needed.
- Support the adaptation and localization of developed technical and promotional materials — such as brochures, product sheets, training slide decks, digital banners, and social media visuals — to ensure * they are compliant, appropriate, and relevant to distributor needs and local market expectations.
- Develop new marketing materials to enhance clinician and patient awareness, while strengthening overall brand recognition.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of materials in collaboration with the Marketing Lead to ensure timely access to the necessary tools across the region.
- Ensure that all content complies with the brand’s visual identity, regulatory requirements, and core product communication.
- Act as a regional point of contact for marketing material needs and distributor input,
- Manage all social media accounts for NUVO EMEA Regional Hub.
- Support the execution of digital marketing activities in collaboration with distributor partners, including managing assets for social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), online content, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Monitor and report key digital performance indicators (e.g., engagement, impressions, click-through rates).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a product or digital marketing role, preferably in the dental, medical device, or healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with distributor-led markets and working in cross-cultural, international environments.
- Hands-on experience in digital content coordination and campaign execution using tools such as Meta Business Suite, or CMS platforms.
- Fluency in English is essential (additional EMEA languages are a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Clinical & Scientific Understanding: Demonstrates the ability to search for, interpret, and apply implantology-related scientific and clinical information. Strengthens technical accuracy in communication, training, and distributor support by proactively engaging with relevant literature, clinical cases, and expert input.
