- Designing performance, value, and revenue analysis models to support data-driven decision-making and long-term forecasting,
- Building seller-based dashboards using SQL and Looker to generate actionable insights,
- Running conversion rate optimization initiatives and executing continuous A/B tests for seller campaigns,
- Defining and implementing seller growth strategies by segmenting sellers, optimizing revenue, and improving quality,
- Collaborating with growth and category teams on strategic and commercial projects to drive business impact
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics,
- 2+ years experience in data analysis,
- Coding skills - ability to code in one or more languages (SQL, Python)
- Commercially minded, result-oriented, and adaptable,
- Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
