What we expect:
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns and manage budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to drive sales growth while meeting strict performance goals
- Regularly track and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure delivery within defined ROI targets
- Continuously manage analytics to optimize both organic and paid channels using analytic tools
- Prepare and deliver reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement, and iterate based on findings
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, bidding models, and new ideas; regularly evaluate new features and beta tools
- Design and execute CRM strategies focused on customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and increasing customer lifetime value through targeted campaigns and personalized journeys
- Create, manage, and optimize omnichannel communication flows (email, push, SMS) based on audience segmentation and behavioral triggers, using CRM and campaign automation platforms
- Measure and report CRM performance using key metrics such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and churn; continuously iterate to improve outcomes
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and community engagement by planning and executing social media and influencer marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance across platforms
- University degree from a reputable institution in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in the e-commerce and fashion ecosystem (experience with mobile apps is a plus)
- Strong drive and experience in A/B testing
- Genuine interest in digital marketing and platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as D.Engage, Twillio ve Dataport or similar platforms, and strong understanding of retention strategies in e-commerce
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn customer data into actionable insights and improve CRM-driven marketing performance
- Experience in managing social media accounts and executing influencer marketing campaigns is a strong plus
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must
- Proficient in MarTech tools such as GA4, Adjust, Looker Studio, etc.
- Results-oriented, resourceful, and a proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making abilities
