- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both stores and head office positions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Support payroll processes by ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor health insurance, leave of absence, sick days, and work schedules.
- Liaise with official institutions in line with labour law and related regulations.
- Handle legal notifications and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
- Foster employee engagement by supporting initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
- Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and succession planning.
- Support performance management cycles and employee development programs.
- Lead and enable company-wide social responsibility and community engagement projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP capacity.
- Strong knowledge of labour law and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
