
HR Business Partner Professionals

- Lead and execute core HR processes including recruitment, performance management, engagement surveys, talent and organizational initiatives.
- Partner across the HR matrix organization (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Support the full employee lifecycle with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Build and maintain robust data tracking processes to monitor recruitment and hiring metrics across assigned business units.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams and external recruitment partners for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising hiring managers.
- Conduct candidate assessments through structured interviews and contribute to talent hiring decisions.
- Provide both operational and strategic HR support tailored to the needs of your accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with employees and leaders to understand business needs and offer proactive HR solutions.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough and impartial investigations as needed.
- Stay up to date on employment law and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, minimizing organizational risk.
- Maintain HR systems and databases, generate insightful reports, and identify key HR trends to inform decision-making.
- Partner closely with leadership to enhance team morale, strengthen work relationships, and drive employee engagement.
- Bachelors or Master's Degree,
- Have significant HR experience gained at business partner level ideally within a high volume, fast-paced environment,
- Take ownership and drive of HR processes with a high level of attention and take action quickly,
- Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
- Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable,
- Excellent understanding of MS Excel and HR information systems would be advantageous,
- Proficient in English
- Strong knowledge of the Turkish Labor Law and applications,
- Being humble and people-oriented.
