- Make the related controls on Beautiy&Wellbeing Products
- Make the related controls on Packaging Materials
- Ability to organise Supplier communications
- Lead Projects in Beauty&Wellbeing
- Follow up Manufactoring Incidents&Supplier Nonconformities&CAPA closing performances
- Targeted analysis of quality data and preparation of quality KPI based performance reports
- Ensures quality processes are implemented for all new projects in line, make SAP operations if needed
- Provides expertise between manufacturing site to ensure a holistic insight to data and evidence-base practice it is essential that you can leverage the insights from the external market and effectively communicate the value-adding data analysis to create tangible value for the organization
- Replace Shift Quality Responsible and Analyst if needed.
Experiences & Qualifications
- We are looking for someone with agility as Quality Engineer. He/She must have a strong sense of purpose and passionate about leading from within to bring out the best in others!
- Preferred to have experience in related controls of Products&Packaging Materials
- Ability to organise Stakeholders communications
- Experience in operations
- Experience in using SAP program
- University degree from relevant Engineering departmants,
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar positions preferred,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work detail oriented and organized under tight timelines,
- Ability to adapt flexible working conditions and willing to work in factory environment,
- Being an action-oriented person and has a mindset to turn crisis into opportunities
