- Deploys UL Quality strategy, governance and goals through SU specific projects and targets,
- Ensure that Unilever Quality Management System and Quality Digital Agenda is followed by SU Unit in his/her area of scope,
- Supports statistical process control tool implementation and process capability studies,
- Support Quality digitalization strategy, including Quality relevant digital tools, translate business need to functional requirement for the tools, and coordinate roll-out & implementation,
- Supports data collection, analysis and assignment to standard Quality loss trees in support of operational KPIs reporting,
- Coordinate Quality Pillar as part of the newly launched UMS Program,
- Collect, monitor, and manage required information, provide analysis,
- Reporting and presenting outputs with regular updates,
- Handling operational issues when they arise.
- To cooperate with production & engineering & planning teams to have proper procedures for the adherence to the plan.
- To prepare ICQA for export products and representing quality in export product projects
- Support ISO 9001 & FSSC & GMP implementations in relation to requirements of certification bodies.
- Provide leadership for developing and directing Product Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives throughout the whole Supply Chain.
- New products and new processes, cooperate with R&D and Engineering to make sure that all requirements are defined to ensure that production team can produce accordingly with the expected targets
- Fluent in English & Turkish, both written and spoken
- Digital native, analytical ability, and Statistical Process Control
- Flexibility to adapt to different situations and ways of working
- Problem solving and continuous improvement process
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality or Supply Chain.
- University degree in science or engineering fields, preferably food engineering.
- Standard MS Office tools knowledge is a must.
