As a Signature Bar Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations of our newly launched Signature Bar - ensuring high-quality, efficient drink service in an elevated, luxurious environment.You will supervise and inspire your team, maintain service excellence, and deliver personalized experiences that reflect Hilton's hospitality values. Ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality daily operation of the Signature Bar in line with Hilton standards.
Lead and inspire the bar team with a hands-on, guest-first approach.
Set up and close the outlet according to operational standards, ensuring readiness and attention to detail.
Maintain expert knowledge of all drinks, preparation methods, and presentation standards - and ensure team training reflects this excellence.
Monitor compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Foster a culture of upselling and guest connection to maximize revenue while delivering warm, memorable service.
Handle staff scheduling, training, and reporting with clarity, fairness, and accuracy.
Step in confidently to resolve staff shortages and ensure continuity of service.

WHO YOU ARE:

An experienced bar or hospitality supervisor with strong operational knowledge and people leadership skills.
Guest-focused with a proactive and professional approach to service.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and resilient under pressure.
An excellent communicator and team motivator with a collaborative spirit.
Enthusiastic about drink trends, innovation, and luxury service.
Proficient with basic IT systems and hotel operational tools.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
