- Lead the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
- Deliver exceptional levels of guest satisfaction, consistently meeting Hilton brand standards
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members, fostering a positive and professional working environment
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and track operating budgets, with a focus on food cost, payroll, and labor efficiency
- Maximize revenue by driving sales and implementing upselling strategies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to update and refine menu offerings
- Conduct monthly inventory and stock control procedures
- Set departmental objectives, policies, schedules, and performance targets
- Monitor and act on guest feedback to continuously improve the restaurant experience
- Organize and lead team meetings; communicate clearly with both front- and back-of-house teams
- Support sustainability and safety practices in alignment with hotel policies
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Comply with all security, fire, health, and safety regulations
- An experienced leader with a strong background in food & drink management
- Results-driven, organized, and confident in working within financial targets
- Energetic, hands-on, and calm under pressure
- Well-groomed, articulate, and professional in both appearance and behavior
- Committed to developing team members and creating a culture of excellence
- Adaptable and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Turkish; good command of English is required

- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Experience in managing upscale or high-volume dining operations
