The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong leadership, and a guest-focused mindset to the role.Responsibilities

Oversee the bar operations and ensure exceptional guest experience
Lead and train the bar team to maintain service excellence
Manage inventory, costs, and quality control
Collaborate on cocktail menu creation and bar concept development
Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of bar leadership experience in luxury hospitality
Advanced knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
Strong communication and team management skills
Fluency in English and Turkish
Creativity and passion for elevated bar culture
