Job Description:We are looking for a 'Learning & Talent Development Manager' for our client located in Manisa. Responsibilities • Reporting directly to the HR Manager, will be a senior key member of the HR team responsible for strategic HR projects together with daily human resources processes • Developing L&D solutions that will respond to complex business issues, drawing on best practices across multiple business areas • Providing coaching and consulting on L&D matters to line managers, employees and HR colleagues • Develops standards for talent and career management processes (talent identification, talent reviews, succession planning, career roadmaps, rotation programs) and takes role in full execution • Responsible for monitoring talent and career management practices and measuring relevant talent kpi's. • Ensure the development of the educational system within the framework of the organizational development needs of the company • Assume responsibility in talent and performance management projects to ensure higher employee engagement • Take leadership for talent acquisition, recruitment, recruitment efforts • Ensure best-practice in HR through the utilization of modern tools, systems as well as digital resources • Participating the preparation and updating policies, procedures and standards, Requirements · Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or similar related field · English language skills at a business level, any other language is a big plus · At least 8 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, training organizational development, · Has experience in running performance management processes, know how in competency modeling. · Preferably with coaching certificate and experience, · Able to work with a fair degree of autonomy across multiple responsibilities and demonstrate tremendous initiative and sense of personal accountability · Improved analytical thinking, planning and organization skills.
