- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding.
- Drive employer branding activities such as attending university career days, building partnerships with universities, and creating initiatives to strengthen CMA CGM's image in the job market.
- Handle both internal and external communication by preparing employee announcements and newsletters, and by creating HR-related content for social media and corporate platforms.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Design, manage, and oversee internship programs in alignment with business needs and learning objectives.
- Act as People Partner for CCIS by supporting leaders in workforce planning, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR matters.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement in all HR activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
- 2 years of experience in HR functions with a focus on recruitment,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels,
- Ability to in a team-oriented environment,
- Strong organizational and project management skills,
- A calm and solution-oriented mindset,
- Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable in a fast-paced and multicultural work environment,
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a high sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Fluency in written & verbal English is a must (part of the interview will take place in English),
- Able to work in the office 4 days per week (hybrid) in Istanbul.
