- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments as needed
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Managing the customer order process
- Entering customer information into the system
- Preparing customer quotations
- Tracking customer orders
- Actively participating in process improvements related to the job
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
- Good level of English written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
