- Help lead the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
- Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions
- Supervise and support of employees while ensuring service standards are maintained
- Help with recruit, train, manage, mentor, lead and develop your supervisors and colleagues
- Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have 2 years previous experience as a Leader in Food & Beverage; preferably in a full service hotel or upscale restaurant
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Administration an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a service-focused personality
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- The willingness to learn and be constantly challenged to grow with the restaurant team.
- An appreciation for detail and a passion for guest service.
- A professional and positive attitude in every aspect of the position.
- Consistent punctuality and dedication.
- A calm, polite and composed demeanor.
