Senior Accountant

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Turkish Tax Legislation (VUK) and IFRS
- CPA certification (SMMM/YSMMM)
- 9 to 15 years of professional experience in accounting
- Advanced level of English
- Proficiency in Turkish Local GAAP
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI module
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Supporting internal audit processes and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls
- Reviewing financial records, contracts, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensuring compliance with local and international reporting standards
- Coordinating PtP, ItC, and RtR processes with Shared Service Center based in Poland
- Following updates in tax laws and accounting standards and ensuring compliance
- Maintaining effective communication with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders
- Taking responsibility in projects assigned by senior management
