Responsibility of end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment,
Work closely with hiring managers to determine demand and requirement ,
Source and recruit candidates using various sources,
Execute the pre-screening and screening activities,
Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case studies, reference checks etc,
Update all recruitment process on the Applicant Tracking System.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master's Degree,
Recruitment experience especially business or strategy or technology related positions,
Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention ,
Able to create various candidate resource, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
Have strong analytical skills to measure candidates and follow the recruitment funnel accurately.
