We’ll show you a seldom-seen side of Istanbul during your stay with us.The Role of Talent Acquisition Manager:Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Culture, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across all departments, up to and including Department Head level.Develop and lead the talent acquisition strategy and oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment function at the hotel.Utilize Workday and other systems to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and hiring activity records.Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.Create innovative sourcing and outreach strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and cost-per-hire.Drive Talent Acquisition success by developing strategies, delivering learning and development programs, and coaching hiring managers.Collaborate with the Area Talent Acquisition Manager to share best practices and strategies, leveraging internal and external systems to enhance hiring outcomes.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders, universities, and community partners to strengthen the talent pipeline.About Four Seasons:Four Seasons is powered by our people.
